Position Overview
Valerie Primas State Farm is hiring a full-time Account Associate in Riverdale, GA for someone who wants to build a long-term career in insurance. This is an in-office role with hands-on training and coaching from a local agency team that values consistency, reliability, and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Call prospective customers, explain their coverage choices, and follow through to bind new policies
- Schedule meetings and walk potential customers through each step of the sale
- Keep your activity log and sales pipeline current in the agency database
- Deliver on outreach quotas and monthly sales benchmarks
- Attend training sessions and work through licensing coursework

Pay range: $45,000-$65,000 per year
The figure shown is total compensation (base salary, commission, and bonus). Pay rises with your results, and our strongest team members earn above this range.
